Who we are
- Healthcare Environment Consultants is an Environmental Audit organisation that works with the healthcare sector. We are part of the EHPL Group, which has worked with healthcare organisations around the world for the last 20 years.
Our Aim
- Our primary focus is to assist those running healthcare premises to improve environmental conditions for patients, staff and visitors.

How we go about it
- Our initial area of focus is effective waste management which when properly conducted, can lead to considerable savings in waste disposal costs.
- We aim to establish a close working relationship with our client to ensure that the premises in question are dealing with any waste produced in the most economical and safe manner within the relevant legislation.
- From the initial consultation, through the consultancy process and also in any subsequent staff training, Healthcare Environment Consultants will be on hand throughout to ensure that appropriate measures are implemented as issues arise.
- Additional environmental issues such as Infection Control can also be added to the process if required.

- Hospitals, NHS Trusts, care homes and other healthcare organisations that produce waste. In the UK this is regulated via the government’s Health Technical Memorandum (HTM) 07-01
